How do I update my payment method?

To change your payment method or card information, go to Settings from the Main Dashboard.

Under the Plans & Billing tab, click the Update Payment Method button.

Then you can update your payment method on your account.

Common Reasons for Failed Payments

If you receive an error message, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Wrong card details
  • Expired card
  • EU Photographers may have greater restrictions on subscription payments - contact your bank to approve the transaction, or link your card to PayPal and add PayPal as the payment method instead.
